SITE ENGINEER - CIVIL

Job Summary

Vanaalaya Properties Private Limited is looking for a Site Engineer – Civil to oversee day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have relevant construction industry experience, good knowledge of civil works, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required for site activities.
• Check the quality of civil works and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Read and interpret civil drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical documents.
• Measure and verify completed work for billing and quantity purposes.
• Monitor project progress and report site issues to the Project Manager / Senior Management.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize material wastage.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team to maintain required quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, material records, and other project documentation.
• Identify site-level issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant certification in Civil Construction will be an added advantage.

Experience: (Freshers are Welcome)

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the Construction / Civil Industry.
• Construction industry experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant construction industry experience are requested not to apply.

Salary

Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with relevant Construction / Real Estate project experience.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
