Sales Executive – Aluminium Windows, uPVC Doors & Facade Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads from builders, architects, contractors, developers, and construction companies.
• Promote aluminium windows and doors, uPVC windows and doors, glazing, and facade solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and project consultants.
• Visit construction sites and client locations to understand project requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Coordinate with estimation, technical, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track sales leads, maintain client records, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Skills

• Experience in sales or business development within the construction, building materials, aluminium, uPVC, windows and doors, or facade industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct client visits, and convert enquiries into business.
• Knowledge of construction projects, architectural products, and building materials is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.

Preferred Candidates: Sales professionals with experience working with builders, architects, contractors, developers, or construction material suppliers.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
