Sales \& Revenue Generation

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual primary sales (company to distributor) and secondary sales (distributor to retailer) targets.
• Secure consistent order placement from existing traditional retail outlets while managing inventory stock levels to avoid dropouts.

Distribution Network \& Market Expansion

• Map and onboard new retail outlets - SMT within the designated geography to expand distribution coverage.
• Identify and bridge distribution gaps in the market to counter competitor presence.
• Coordinate closely with local distributors to ensure timely delivery of orders and efficient route planning.

Merchandising \& Visibility (POS Execution)

• Ensure optimal share of shelf and maximum visibility for the brand's products at the point of sale.
• Deploy Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) such as banners, posters, and product display units effectively.
• Monitor product stock rotation to ensure expiration dates are managed safely (First Expired, First Out - FEFO)

Relationship \& Credit Management

• Maintain excellent working relationships with independent retailers and distributors through regular route visits.
• Track and manage payment collections, credit cycles, and outstanding dues from the market to maintain healthy cash flow.
