About this job
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate for our solar EPC/IPP company. You will identify leads, meet potential clients and support sales activities for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and research new business opportunities.
- Contact prospects, conduct meetings, and explain solar solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and support contract negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related field.
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience (solar preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable with client outreach.
