Sales & Marketing Executive / Asst Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales \& Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager to join our property. In this role, you will drive room-night production, manage corporate and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) accounts, and execute digital and on-ground marketing strategies to maximize hotel revenue and brand visibility.

Skills

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good understanding of hotel room inventory, corporate rate structures, F\&B (Food and Beverage) promotions, and MICE sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office, hotel CRM software, and social media marketing tools.

Attributes

Target-driven, proactive, well-groomed, and flexible to work occasional weekends or travel for client visits when required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years (Executive level) or 5 + years (Assistant Manager level) of proven sales and marketing experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.

Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
