Senior Tele Caller

Job Description · Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data. · Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads. · Provide detailed information about company projects/services. · Schedule site visits / meetings for the sales team. · Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM. · Follow up with potential clients on a regular basis. · Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling and site visit target · Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign updates. Required Skills: Excellent communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM software. Good listening and negotiation skills.
