Job Title: Billing Executive Company: ARS Enterprises Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience Required: 3–5 Years Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Summary: ARS Enterprises is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Specialist with strong expertise in ERP Marg software and E-way Bill processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, and invoice management. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions Handle billing, invoicing, and credit/debit notes in ERP Marg Generate and manage E-way Bills as per GST regulations Maintain purchase and sales records accurately Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny Ensure timely GST filings and compliance Manage accounts payable and receivable Prepare financial reports and MIS as required Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong working knowledge of ERP Marg software (mandatory) Hands-on experience with E-way Bill generation and GST compliance Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
