- Acquire personal and business loan customers through field visits, cold calling and market mapping. 2. Develop and manage DSA, CA, builder and property channel networks. 3. Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms. 4. Collect and verify KYC, income, banking and property documents. 5. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursements. 6. Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality and IRR.
