The candidate will be responsible for managing cab bookings, coordinating with drivers, handling customer requirements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day transportation operations. Roles & Responsibilities Handle customer cab bookings through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Coordinate with drivers to assign vehicles according to customer requirements. Confirm pickup and drop locations, travel dates, and trip timings. Monitor daily trips and ensure timely vehicle and driver availability. Update booking details and maintain accurate records in Excel or the company system. Coordinate with customers and drivers regarding booking confirmations, delays, and changes. Handle customer queries and resolve booking-related issues promptly. Coordinate with the Fleet and Operations teams to ensure smooth service. Prepare daily booking and operations reports. Follow company policies and maintain good customer service standards. Qualification: Any Degree. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple bookings and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Tamil and basic English is preferred. Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
