Travel Consultant

Designation : Hotel Consultant – English & Chinese We are looking for a Hotel Consultant who can manage hotel reservations and assist clients with their accommodation requirements. The candidate should have good communication skills in both English and Chinese. Key Responsibilities Handle hotel bookings, reservations, amendments, and cancellations. Assist clients in selecting hotels according to their requirements and budget. Coordinate with hotels, clients, and suppliers. Share hotel options, rates, and availability with clients. Manage reservation confirmations and follow-ups. Communicate with clients in English and Chinese. Maintain accurate booking records and update reservation details. Required Skills Good communication skills in English and Chinese. Knowledge of hotel booking and reservation processes. Good customer service and coordination skills. Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Candidate Candidates with hotel booking, travel, or hospitality experience are preferred. Freshers may apply if they have the required language proficiency and relevant skills.
