Sales Manager (unsecured Loans)

Job Title: MSME Loan Sales / Business Development We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Professional to lead our MSME Loan segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, acquiring new MSME customers, converting leads into loan disbursements, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert leads for MSME/Business Loans. Identify and acquire new MSME customers through field visits and market sourcing. Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement. Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing. Experience: 1–3 years in MSME/Business Loan Sales preferred. Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan
