Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain the backend of our CRM software. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs into our applications. Implement WhatsApp Business Platform APIs for messaging, customer communication, notifications, and approved message templates. Develop CRM features such as lead management, contact management, sales pipelines, follow-ups, task management, and customer activity tracking. Build backend functionality for automated messages, workflow automation, reminders, and customer communication. Design, manage, and optimize databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other suitable database technologies. Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access, and secure API access. Develop webhook integrations to receive and process real-time events from WhatsApp and other external services. Integrate payment gateways, email services, and other third-party tools wherever required. Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code. Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and integration errors. Collaborate with frontend developers, mobile app developers, UI/UX designers, and the product team. Deploy applications on cloud servers and manage production environments. Maintain API documentation and ensure the reliability and security of the software. Support ongoing product improvements, new feature development, and technical maintenance. Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of backend development using Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or another suitable backend technology. Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party API integrations. Practical knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases. Experience with authentication methods such as JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control. Understanding of webhooks, JSON, HTTP methods, and API testing tools such as Postman. Knowledge of Git, GitHub/GitLab, debugging, and version control. Familiarity with cloud hosting, server deployment, and production troubleshooting. Understanding of data security, API security, and application performance optimization.
