Production Manager

Monitor line loading, capacity utilization, and production output. Ensure timely execution of work orders and production schedules. Work with QA and QC teams to reduce defects and improve first-pass yield. Control component wastage, scrap, and excess consumption. Ensure on-time delivery of finished products. Coordinate with planning, quality, engineering, maintenance, stores, and logistics. Prioritize urgent orders and customer escalations.
