Open Positions Kitchen Team Commi 1 Commi 2 Commi 3 Kitchen Helper Kitchen Steward / Utility Indian Kitchen & Tandoor Team Indian Kitchen – Commi 1 Tandoori – Commi 1 Bakery Team CDP Bakery Commi 2 Bakery Commi 3 Ice Cream Maker Key Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking according to restaurant standards. Prepare ingredients, sauces, marinades, and mise en place. Prepare Indian dishes and tandoori items according to the assigned role. Follow recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations and equipment. Ensure proper food storage, labelling, and stock rotation. Support senior chefs and team members during service. Follow food safety standards and minimize food wastage. Assist with baking, pastry preparation, and ice cream production according to the assigned role. Support daily kitchen operations, including opening, closing, and cleaning activities. Candidate Requirements Basic knowledge of kitchen operations or an interest in cooking, baking, Indian cuisine, or tandoor preparation. Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn. Good personal hygiene and food safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or bakeries is preferred. Freshers can apply for Commi 3 and Kitchen Helper positions.
