• Make outbound calls to candidates.
• Explain job opportunities clearly.
• Identify interested candidates and collect relevant information.
• Coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Follow up with candidates.
• Achieve daily calling and candidate engagement targets. Requirements
• Good Hindi communication and basic English.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers are welcome.
