The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage daily hotel front office operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage room reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries.
• Attend phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
• Handle bookings from MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, and other online travel platforms.
• Maintain guest records, billing, and payment details.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel staff.
• Resolve guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily front desk reports and booking records. Candidate Requirements
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Well-groomed, punctual, responsible, and professional.
• Good customer handling and multitasking abilities.
• Previous hotel reception or hospitality experience preferred.
