Brand Manager

Role Description The Merchant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana, responsible for managing assortments, analyzing sales performance, and driving product selection that reflects ONEWAY’s brand values. Day-to-day tasks include planning seasonal collections, reviewing inventory levels, and collaborating with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure the right mix of styles, sizes, and price points. The Merchant will track customer preferences, conduct market and competitor analysis, and make data-informed decisions on new product introductions, reorders, and markdowns. This role also involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring lead times and costs, and maintaining alignment with sustainable sourcing standards. The Merchant will prepare regular reports on product performance and contribute to strategies that enhance profitability while supporting the brand’s slow fashion and sustainability commitments.
