Call Center Executive

Responsibilities Answer incoming taxi booking calls from Foreign customers. Enter trip details accurately into the taxi dispatching portal/software. Communicate clearly and politely with customers and drivers. Monitor ongoing trips and update status in the system. Handle cancellations, rescheduling, or additional instructions from customers. Maintain shift logs and handover notes at the end of each shift. Follow company communication and data-handling guidelines. Ability to work in rotational shifts .
