Junior Production Officer (Trainee – Allergy Manufacturing)

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated Microbiologist or B.Pharm freshers or early-career candidates to join our veterinary injectable manufacturing unit.

This role is designed as a training + growth opportunity, where selected candidates will initially support production activities and gradually take on higher responsibilities based on performance and initiative.

Key Responsibilities (Initial Phase – 0 to 3 Months)

Assist in routine production activities

Support batch manufacturing and documentation work

Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines strictly

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in production areas

Work closely with senior production and QA team

Growth Responsibilities (Post Training Phase)

(Based on performance and interest)

Handle batch manufacturing records independently

Participate in regulatory audits and inspections

Assist in SOP preparation and updates

Take ownership of production processes or shifts

Coordinate cross-functionally with QA/QC teams

Eligibility Criteria

B.Pharm (Freshers can apply)

0–2 years of experience (Injectable experience is a plus, not mandatory)

Basic understanding of GMP guidelines

Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment

Good discipline, accountability, and team attitude

Location Preference (Important)

Candidates residing within the Panvel–Thane belt will be preferred due to proximity to the unit in Mahape.
