Roles and Responsibilities

Check staff attendance, punctuality, and duty schedules.

Ensure that all departments are working properly.

Check hospital cleanliness and housekeeping work.

Ensure that staff are performing their assigned duties.

Check the availability of daily-use materials and report shortages.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, housekeeping, and other staff.

Handle basic patient and staff complaints and report serious issues to management.

Check that patients are receiving proper assistance.

Report staff shortages, maintenance issues, and other problems to management.

Follow the instructions given by senior management and ensure timely completion of work.

Qualifications

Minimum graduation is compulsory. High technical education is not necessary.

Basic knowledge of registers, attendance, and reporting.

Previous experience in hospital supervision or staff management is preferred.

Must be responsible, active, disciplined, and punctual.

Must be able to manage staff and solve basic day-to-day problems.

Identifying problems and taking timely action.

Communicating clearly with staff and seniors.

Maintaining daily checklists and reporting completed work.
