Full Job DescriptionRole Overview
Corpzolve LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage customer enquiries, coordinate client communications, follow up on business leads and support customer relationship management activities.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a positive attitude towards customer service and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and emails.
Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide information about the company's services.
Address customer queries and coordinate timely resolutions.
Lead Management & Follow-ups
Contact prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM software.
Track customer enquiries, follow-up schedules and service requirements.
Support lead conversion and customer onboarding.
Sales & Business Support
Assist in promoting company services.
Prepare and share quotations and service proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.
Follow up on pending documents, service confirmations and payments.
CRM & Administrative Support
Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
Prepare daily and weekly customer interaction reports.
Monitor pending enquiries and follow-up activities.
Support general office administration and coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email communication.
Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, telecalling or sales coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
