Laptop & Computer Technician

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Laptop & Computer Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktop computers, and related hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop computer issues.

Repair and replace hardware components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, keyboards, displays, and motherboards.

Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software.

Identify and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and system upgrades.

Handle customer products carefully and ensure quality service.

Maintain service records and update repair status regularly.

Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and repair requirements.

Ensure timely completion of service jobs and customer satisfaction.

Follow company service procedures and maintain a clean workstation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical knowledge of laptops, desktops, and computer hardware.

Experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair.

Knowledge of Windows installation, drivers, and software configuration.

Basic knowledge of networking and data backup.

Ability to identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Experience in laptop and computer servicing is preferred.

Key Performance Expectations

Accurate diagnosis and quality repairs.

Timely completion of service jobs.

Proper handling of customer devices.

Minimum repeat complaints and customer satisfaction.

Proper documentation of service work and spare parts usage.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
