Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through international voice calls.

Provide timely, accurate and professional resolutions to customer concerns.

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining call quality standards.

Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.

Ensure a positive customer experience through effective verbal communication.

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions as per process guidelines.

Eligibility

Candidates must be graduates or undergraduates from the 2024, 2025 or 2026 batches.

Good verbal communication skills are required.

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Freshers are eligible to apply.

Candidates Not Eligible

Candidates holding qualifications such as B.Tech./B.E., M.Tech., Diploma, Pharmacy (Pharma), LLB or LLM are not eligible for this position.
