Logistics Operations Associate

Handle daily pickup requests and coordinate pickup schedules with clients.

Communicate with clients regarding pickup timings, locations, and requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams/drivers to ensure pickups are completed on time.

Follow up with clients and drivers regarding pickup status.

Maintain accurate records of pickup details and completed pickups.

Resolve basic pickup-related issues and escalate concerns when required.

Ensure a positive and professional experience for clients.

Manage multiple pickup requests and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to speak professionally with clients over phone and WhatsApp.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel or similar tools.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under time pressure.

Previous experience in logistics, delivery, customer service, or coordination is a plus.

Two-wheeler/driving licence can be an added advantage if the role requires field pickups.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
