About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment team in managing end-to-end hiring activities across multiple business functions. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.

Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.

Schedule interviews and manage interview logistics.

Track candidate progress through the recruitment lifecycle and maintain accurate records in recruitment systems.

Engage with candidates through email and phone for interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment events, as required.

Maintain recruitment dashboards, and hiring trackers using Excel.

Ensure timely documentation and maintain data accuracy throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate a seamless recruitment experience.
