Graphic Designer-Creative Design Intern — Canva

Job Role

Create engaging, brand-consistent visual assets for digital communications, promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives under the Marketing Manager’s guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design WhatsApp promotional creatives and LinkedIn posts, banners and carousels using Canva.
• Assist in designing product promotions, digital catalogues, presentations, banners and other marketing communication materials as required.
• Suggest creative ideas and layouts based on campaign briefs, brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Resize and adapt approved designs into different formats and dimensions while maintaining visual consistency.
• Use AI tools, where appropriate, to explore visual concepts, generate design ideas and support creative development.
• Follow brand guidelines for colours, typography, logos, layouts and product presentation across all creative assets.
• Deliver creatives within agreed timelines and maintain organised, editable Canva files and supporting assets.

Requirements

Completed bachelor's degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome. Good working knowledge of Canva, with an understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy. Basic knowledge of AI tools for visual ideation and creative assistance. Attention to detail, creativity and willingness to learn. Ability to understand creative briefs, incorporate feedback and manage multiple assignments. A small portfolio demonstrating design ability and original ideas.

₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
