CNC Turner Setter/Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Programming: Create, simulate and execute horizontal turning center programs. Also able to program Y-axis machines, drilling and tapping programs. (Controls: Siemens, Heidenhain)
• Setup \& Operation: Set up workholding, calibrate tools, establish part zeros and run first-article parts.
• Troubleshooting: Edit G-code/M-code at the control panel, adjust tool wear offsets, and resolve live machining or chatter issues.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished complex geometries using precision gauges, micrometers, and vernier.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on programming and operation for workpieces sizes between 250 mm to 550 mm diameter jobs in 2 halves.
• Controller Expertise: Deep fluency in Siemens or Heidenhain CNC controls.
• Technical Reading: Expert ability to read blue prints, complex engineering drawings, and GD\&T.
• Face to face interview is mandatory.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
