Computer Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, data entry tasks, and system monitoring activities. The candidate will help ensure smooth functioning of computer systems, maintain records, and support administrative operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computer systems and related equipment
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
• Handle printing, scanning, and document management tasks
• Monitor system performance and report technical issues when required
• Maintain backup files and operational records
• Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and official documents
• Coordinate with internal departments for operational support
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data
• Perform routine system checks and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain proper documentation of daily operational activities

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computer operations and office software
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email handling
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge preferred

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred
• Basic computer certification may be an advantage
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
