Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding Executive to manage end-to-end employee onboarding activities. The candidate will be responsible for employee documentation, joining formalities, HR records, and coordination with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees.
• Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents and records.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory and compliance-related documentation.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation activities.
• Liaise with payroll, IT, administration, and other departments for onboarding requirements.
• Maintain employee databases and HRMS records accurately.
• Track onboarding progress and prepare regular status reports.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding processes.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
