Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller. The ideal candidate will handle outbound/inbound calls, follow up with clients, and support day-to-day office activities including documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound \& inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company services and generate quality leads.
• Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the team.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call records and update Excel reports.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate./Post Graduation
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.
