Business Development Executive – E-commerce Sales

About the Company

GET IN ZONE Ecom Services provides services to help online sellers manage and grow their businesses across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive who can connect with potential sellers, explain our services, generate leads, and onboard new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential e-commerce sellers and business owners.
• Introduce GET IN ZONE Ecom Services and explain our service offerings.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up with interested sellers and convert leads into paying clients.
• Explain how our services can help sellers manage and grow their e-commerce businesses.
• Assist new clients with the onboarding process and coordinate with the internal team.
• Maintain lead databases, call records, and follow-up reports using Excel and other computer tools.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Mandatory Requirements

• E-commerce Sales Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development Executive in the e-commerce industry is mandatory.
• English Communication: Good English communication skills are required for speaking with potential clients and explaining services professionally.
• Basic Computer Knowledge: Must be comfortable using computers, browsing the internet, sending emails, and handling online tools.
• MS Excel: Basic knowledge of Excel for maintaining leads, updating client records, and tracking follow-ups is mandatory.
• Sales Skills: Good communication, convincing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Follow-up Skills: Ability to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
• Target-Oriented: Must be proactive, confident, and focused on achieving sales targets.

Salary \& Benefits

• Starting salary: ₹12,500 per month.
