Senior Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Branch Manager with a strong background in the Security, Facility Management, or Manpower Outsourcing industry.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing branch operations, generating new business, handling client relationships, supervising workforce deployment, and driving overall branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development \& Sales: Generate new B2B clients, conduct meetings, submit proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
• Branch Operations: Independently manage day-to-day branch administration, operations, reporting, and profitability.
• Client Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensure retention, handle escalations, and identify opportunities for contract expansion.
• Workforce \& Site Management: Oversee manpower recruitment, deployment, attendance, site supervision, replacements, and service quality.
• Contract Management: Manage work orders, contract renewals, operational requirements, billing coordination, and client compliance.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable EPF, ESIC, labour laws, licensing, and other statutory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead field officers, supervisors, recruiters, and branch support staff.
• Revenue \& Collections: Monitor billing, outstanding payments, operational costs, margins, and business performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–8 years of relevant industry experience, preferably including branch or regional operational management.
• Proven experience in Security Services, Facility Management, or Manpower Outsourcing.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, field operations, workforce management, client servicing, and contract administration.
• Existing corporate/industrial client network will be a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and labour management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage branch operations and achieve business growth targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Compensation \& Benefits

• Fixed CTC: ₹4,80,000 – ₹7,20,000 per annum
