HR Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle at UKV Enterprises LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions across multiple branches. Key areas of focus include hiring for field sales, warehouse logistics, administration, supply chain, and retail finance roles to ensure seamless business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes reviewing man-power requirements, drafting job descriptions, and closing vacancies within designated Turnaround Times (TAT).
• Multi-Channel Sourcing: Source active and passive candidates through traditional job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, local references, and local agency networks.
• Screening \& Interviewing: Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to evaluate fit, communication skills, compensation expectations, and domain alignment for logistics, sales, or finance applicants.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise closely with Branch Managers, Warehouse Supervisors, and the senior HR Manager to schedule shortlists, coordinate panel interviews, and gather feedback.
• Onboarding \& Documentation: Assist the operations team with basic onboarding compliance, collecting mandatory pre-employment documentation, and conducting initial induction steps for new hires.
• Data Management: Track recruitment statuses daily, maintaining updated candidate pipeline databases and MIS trackers.

Required Skills \& Experience

• Experience: 2+ years of core recruiting experience, preferably inside an FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, or consumer retail distribution ecosystem.
• Sourcing Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating regional candidate pools using job boards, LinkedIn, or cold calling.
• Communication \& Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle cold candidate outreach and initial offer negotiations.
• Organizational Capabilities: Ability to juggle multiple urgent open roles across separate physical locations or branches concurrently.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Requirement: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or BA).
• Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources / Post Graduate Diploma in HR management.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
