Job Description

Four Seasons Ayurved is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, explaining our herbal and Ayurvedic products, understanding customer requirements, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain herbal and Ayurvedic products, their features, benefits, and usage.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Convert leads into successful sales.
• Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Maintain daily call and sales records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and persuasive communication style.
• Previous telecalling/tele-sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, herbal, Ayurvedic, wellness, or similar products will be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
