Job Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, and payment entries.
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain and reconcile cash and bank transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
• Handle GST-related entries and basic compliance documentation.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
• Coordinate with management regarding accounting and financial requirements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience as an Accountant.
• Previous experience in the food industry is mandatory.
• Must be a Post Graduate.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Working knowledge of Tally/Accounting Software and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST and invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Candidates with experience in restaurants, cafés, bakeries, food businesses, or similar industries are preferred.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
