Job Title: Inbound Call Center Executive – Non-Trade Cement

Job Description

• Handle inbound calls from builders, contractors, dealers, and customers.
• Promote and sell Non-Trade Cement products.
• Manage sales and inquiries for the following cement brands
• JK Super Cement
• Mycem Cement
• Wonder Cement
• UltraTech Cement
• Convince builders and customers to place cement orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and contractors.
• Guide customers on selecting the most suitable cement brand based on availability and requirements.
• Coordinate with officers for code opening and account activation.
• If a customer's code is already active with one brand (e.g., JK Super), coordinate and assist in brand change/code conversion to another brand whenever required.
• Follow up with officers regarding pending approvals, code openings, and order processing.
• Process Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure accurate order booking.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team and provide dispatch status and delivery updates to customers and officers.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch reports and order records.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and order follow-ups.
• Send and respond to official emails related to orders, dispatch, and documentation.
• Maintain customer and sales records using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ensure timely coordination between customers, officers, and the dispatch team for smooth order execution.

Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 6 months
• Industry: Experience in Cement Sales/Call Center/Trading Firm preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
