Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of air conditioners (ACs). The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, the ability to generate leads, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell air conditioners to potential customers.
• Generate new leads through calls, customer visits, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AC products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Maintain sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in AC sales, electronics, or consumer durables is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Knowledge of the Bhopal market will be an added advantage.
