Account Executive

• Handle and review day-to-day accounting activities.
• Review purchase, sales, expense, journal and other accounting entries.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
• Assist in preparation of Profit \& Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare and review GST workings, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation.
• Handle TDS calculations, reconciliations and compliance.
• Assist in Income Tax compliance and tax-related workings.
• Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Tax Consultants.
• Prepare audit schedules and provide required information/documents.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial analysis and variance reports.
• Monitor receivables, payables and outstanding balances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in finance and accounting processes.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
