Job Summary

Sanket India is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to manage mobile business operations across multiple stores and locations. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing teams, coordinating with mobile brands, and ensuring business performance across all assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mobile sales operations across multiple stores and locations.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Monitor store-wise sales performance and team productivity.
• Coordinate with mobile brands, distributors, and promoters for stock, schemes, and promotional activities.
• Ensure product availability, pricing, display, and visibility across stores.
• Lead, train, and motivate store sales teams to achieve targets.
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
• Coordinate with inventory, marketing, and operations teams to improve business performance.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in mobile sales or retail management.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores across different locations.
• Strong knowledge of mobile brands, products, pricing, and market trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
