D2C Dispatch Captain — Day Shift

About the role

We’re looking for a Dispatch Captain to coordinate the timely handover of D2C orders from our EF fulfillment center to courier partners. You’ll oversee daily pickup readiness, monitor dispatch timelines, and work with warehouse and courier teams to meet agreed TATs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily courier pickups and confirm vehicle and rider availability.
• Track orders from dispatch readiness through courier handover.
• Escalate pickup delays, missed scans, and order exceptions.
• Maintain dispatch records and share shift performance updates.
• Coordinate with fulfillment teams to prioritize orders approaching cutoff.

Requirements

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse operations.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and order-tracking systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
