Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our upcoming pizza QSR in Vadodara. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning. Supervise staff, manage shifts, and drive team performance. Handle hiring, onboarding, and training of team members. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational processes. Monitor order preparation, service speed, food quality, and customer experience. Manage inventory, stock control, and minimise wastage. Maintain operational discipline and ensure consistent service standards. Requirements: Prior experience in store management, preferably in QSR or food \& beverage operations. Strong team management, supervision, and hiring skills. Excellent execution skills with a strong focus on SOP compliance. Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and take ownership of store operations.
