Job Profile
- Responsible for customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate customer queries in a timely manner.
- Guide customers on system functionality, features, and best practices.
- Making outbound follow-up calls to potential customers.
Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Good communications skills (Hindi and English)
