SALES EXECUTIVE -EXPORTS

• Identify and develop new international customers and business opportunities.
• Generate export sales leads through online platforms, business directories, trade portals, and other channels.
• Contact overseas buyers, distributors, importers, and business partners.
• Prepare and share quotations, price offers, and product details with international clients.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, production, dispatch, and shipment schedules.
• Assist in preparing export documentation, including proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping-related documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and other relevant parties for timely shipments.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and regular follow-up records.
• Work towards achieving assigned export sales targets.
