Academic Guidance Executive-Internal Hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about available educational courses through personal meetings, phone calls, emails, and follow-ups to help students choose suitable courses and achieve admission targets.

• Follow up with parents regarding pending fees, remind them about payment deadlines, and ensure that outstanding fees are collected within the specified time.

• Handle admission procedures, student documentation, registration, and other administrative activities to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for students from admission to course completion.

• Build strong relationships with students and parents, understand their needs, respond to their queries, resolve concerns promptly, and provide a positive student experience throughout their association with the institute.

• Follow the institute’s internal policies, admission procedures, documentation guidelines, and compliance requirements while maintaining accuracy and completing all assigned responsibilities on time.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
