Senior Accounts Executive

A. Accounting \& Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and contra entries.
• Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
• Verify invoices, vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.

B. GST \& Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and verify GST-related data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing.
• Reconcile purchase records with GSTR-2B and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with consultants for GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings, as applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

C. Banking \& Payment Management

• Prepare payment statements and coordinate for vendor payments.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and overdue invoices.
• Verify bank transactions and maintain proper records of receipts and payments.
• Assist in bank-related documentation and financial transactions.

D. Financial Reporting \& Reconciliation

• Prepare monthly outstanding reports, ageing reports, and other MIS reports.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records for audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Support management with accurate financial information and reports.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
