KEY RESPONSIBILITIES........... (NO FRESHERS....ONLY EXPERIENCE CANDIFATE REQUIRED) • Video Editing — Edit reels, promotional videos, food and ambience films, event highlights, and brand campaigns for all Bookends Hospitality brands • Creative Storytelling — Convert raw footage into engaging videos using strong hooks, smooth transitions, music, sound design, colour grading, captions, and motion graphics • Platform Optimisation — Deliver platform-ready edits for Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels in the correct formats, ratios, and durations • Brand Consistency — Maintain a premium visual identity while giving each restaurant brand its own distinct editing style and content personality • Team Coordination — Work closely with content creators, videographers, social media executives, and the marketing team to understand briefs, priorities, and deadlines • Footage Review — Review raw footage, select the best shots, suggest creative improvements, and turn around revisions quickly based on feedback • Campaigns & Launches — Edit content for new outlet openings, menu launches, food promotions, influencer collaborations, festive and seasonal campaigns • Trend Research — Stay ahead of trending reel formats, audio, transitions, and editing techniques, and bring fresh ideas into execution • Project Management — Handle multiple edits across brands at once, prioritise urgent requirements, and deliver every assignment on time • Quality Control & Archiving — Check resolution, audio levels, colour, and export settings before delivery, and keep raw footage, project files, and final outputs organised
