Legal Executive

Job Title: Legal Executive – Fintech / NBFC Department: Legal, Compliance & Grievance Redressal Job Description: We are looking for a Legal Executive to handle customer grievances, regulatory complaints, and legal coordination for our fintech/NBFC digital lending business. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer complaints related to loans, EMI, repayments, refunds, and credit bureau reporting. Manage complaints involving collection agents, recovery practices, and customer harassment allegations. Assist with RBI CMS/Ombudsman complaints and ensure timely responses. Draft legal notices, customer replies, and other legal correspondence. Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Collections teams. Maintain complaint trackers, legal records, and MIS reports. Requirements: LLB preferred; relevant graduates may also be considered. Experience in fintech, NBFC, digital lending, or grievance redressal preferred. Knowledge of RBI guidelines, legal drafting, and customer complaint handling.
