Our range includes PU Shield, TruAcryl, MetaBond (DTM), cement and ceramic cool roof tiles, and Cool Mortar. Homeowners, industries, builders, and government projects across India use our products, and we also export abroad. We back our claims with real SRI data and on-site demos, and we want our social media to be just as honest and clear. About the Role: We're looking for a creative freelance social media manager to run our Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Threads pages. You'll create and post the content yourself and look after our online community. There are no fixed working hours. What matters is consistent, high-quality output delivered on time. Weekly Deliverables: •⁠ ⁠4 static posts •⁠ ⁠2 reels (shot or sourced, edited, and posted) •⁠ ⁠Stories posted regularly through the week •⁠ ⁠Engaging captions and relevant hashtags for each post Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Plan a weekly content calendar and share it with the Marketing Manager for approval •⁠ ⁠Publish and schedule content on Facebook, Instagram, and Threads •⁠ ⁠Share a monthly performance report covering reach, engagement, follower growth, top-performing posts, and suggestions for improvement. Requirements: •⁠ ⁠Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook pages, with a portfolio or links to pages you've handled. •⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with a video editing tool. •⁠ ⁠Good understanding of Instagram Reels trends, hashtags, and Meta Business Suite Good to Have: •⁠ ⁠Experience with B2B, construction, paints, home improvement, or manufacturing brands •⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati for regional content How to Apply: Send your CV and portfolio (sample posts, reels, or page links) to manager@thermatek.co.in with the subject "Freelance Social Media Manager."
