CVD Machine Maintenance Technician We are looking for skilled and responsible Maintenance Technicians / Engineers for our CVD Diamond Manufacturing Plant . Job Description The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth operation of CVD diamond manufacturing machines and related utilities. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CVD machines. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, vacuum, gas, cooling, and machine-related issues. Check pumps, vacuum systems, chillers, gas lines, sensors, valves, motors, and electrical panels. Attend machine breakdowns and reduce downtime. Coordinate with production operators and supervisors for machine issues. Maintain maintenance records, breakdown history, and spare-part requirements. Support machine installation, testing, servicing, and modifications. Follow electrical, gas, vacuum, and industrial safety procedures. Ensure machines are properly tested before handing them back to production. Key Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Machine Maintenance / Industrial Maintenance preferred. ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field. Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, vacuum pumps, gas systems, chillers, sensors, and industrial machinery. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. CVD machine maintenance experience will be preferred. Ability to work in rotational shifts.
