Job Description – Steward Company: Anardana Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Location: Delhi NCR Position: Steward (Restaurant Service) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹ 22,000 Job Summary Anardana Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Steward to join our team at our Noida Sector 50 outlet. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent guest service while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and hospitality. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner. • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly. • Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared after guests leave. • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and restaurant premises. • Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery. • Handle guest requests and resolve basic service concerns professionally. • Follow SOPs for food safety, hygiene, and customer service. • Ensure proper handling of cutlery, crockery, and restaurant equipment. • Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant. • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the team. Eligibility • Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass. • Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred. • Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply. • Physically fit and able to work in rotational shifts. Working Conditions • Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. • Six working days per week with one weekly off as per roster. • Uniform and grooming standards must be maintained at all times.
